Our Signature Detail is designed for vehicles requiring a thorough, meticulous level of care. Every service is tailored to the individual vehicle, its condition, and your specific requirements because no two vehicles are ever the same. Rather than following a rigid checklist, we assess each vehicle and focus on the areas that need the most attention. From intricate interior detailing and deep cleaning to comprehensive exterior decontamination and refinement, every aspect is approached with precision and care. The objective is simple: to restore your vehicle as close to a factory-fresh condition as realistically possible, leaving it cleaner, fresher, and significantly rejuvenated. Whether you call it a deep clean, a detail, or a complete vehicle reset, this is our most comprehensive cleaning service for clients who expect exceptional results and attention to detail throughout.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. In some cases, full payment may be required in advance. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will require an additional 25% deposit. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled a second time, all deposits paid will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins. Sudsomatic accepts no responsibility for any personal items left inside the vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges of £30 per hour, subject to inspection. Sudsomatic reserves the right to refuse service where vehicle conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or have been misrepresented at the time of booking. Sudsomatic is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Prices, packages, and services are subject to change without notice.
