Service Description
Perfection Our highest-level machine-polishing service, designed for vehicles where the goal is the best possible finish rather than a quick improvement. The paintwork is extensively prepared and refined through multiple polishing stages to safely remove as many defects as possible, including heavy swirl marks, deeper scratches, haze and previous polishing damage. Ideal for clients seeking maximum gloss, clarity and refinement, with the polishing process tailored to the vehicle, paint condition and safe limits of the paintwork.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings. In some cases, full payment may be required in advance. All deposits are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will require an additional 25% deposit. If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled a second time, all deposits paid will be forfeited and the booking will be cancelled. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins. Sudsomatic accepts no responsibility for any personal items left inside the vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges of £40 per hour, subject to inspection. Sudsomatic reserves the right to refuse service where vehicle conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or have been misrepresented at the time of booking. Sudsomatic is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Prices, packages, and services are subject to change without notice.
